An unmaintained site breaks quietly
Outdated WordPress software, themes or plugins increase the risk of faults and security issues. Regular updates help keep the site in good condition.
The most common scenario we see: the certificate expires on a Friday evening, the contact form stops sending mail after a hosting update, or the shop picks up malicious code through an outdated plugin. The owner hears about it from a customer who could not place an order.
A backup stored only on the website’s server may become unavailable with it. We keep backups in separate storage so the site can also be restored after a hosting failure.

Net prices per month. Work beyond the plan: 250 PLN net per hour, always quoted by email first. Unused hours do not roll over. WooCommerce store care is quoted separately, from 1,500 PLN net per month.
What the plan does not cover
- Building new subpages and larger features, quoted separately
- SEO and advertising campaigns, offered as a separate service
- Copywriting and photo shoots
- Hosting and domain, these stay with your provider
How we start

Free review
We check versions, plugins, backups, the certificate and load time. You get a list of what needs attention even if you decide not to work with us.

Taking over the site
We agree the handover scope, update the site and configure backups and monitoring. Any backlog repairs requiring a separate quote are agreed before we start. This usually takes a few hours to three business days.

Ongoing care
We take requests by email. Work is covered according to your plan, and tasks outside its scope are quoted before we start.
We maintain systems for years, not months
The system we have maintained the longest has been running without a break since 2017 and we still develop it. Care is not an add-on for us, it is how we work with clients after launch.
Questions and answers
- You did not build our site. Will you still take care of it?
- Yes, that is a common case. We start with a free review to see the state of the code and whether there is a backlog to clear before the plan starts. If there is, we quote it separately and tell you before any contract is signed.
- Can I cancel at any time?
- The contract is open ended with one month notice. There is no annual commitment and no cancellation fee.
- What happens if the site goes down at night or at the weekend?
- Monitoring runs around the clock and sends an automatic alert. Team response is measured in business hours: Start within 2 business days, Plus within 1 business day and Pro within 6 business hours. Incidents outside these hours are handled in the next working period unless agreed otherwise. These are response times, not guaranteed repair deadlines.
- Can I use the included hours for anything?
- Hours for changes are included in Plus and Pro. Use them for content, graphics, small features and visual updates. New pages and larger modules are quoted separately. Start does not include a pool of hours for changes.
- Where are the backups kept?
- On independent storage outside your server. The backup does not depend solely on the website’s hosting and can be used to restore the site after a failure.
