Custom-built online shops

We build shops from scratch when an off-the-shelf platform starts limiting sales: unusual pricing rules, products assembled from options, B2B sales, integrations with company systems. We design the shop, the admin panel and the processes around how you actually sell.

  • A shop built from scratch, without the limits of a ready-made platform
  • An admin panel tailored to how your team works
  • Pricing rules, discounts and B2B customer prices
  • Integrations with warehouse, accounting, couriers and CRM

When the platform starts limiting sales

At first a ready-made platform is enough. Over time exceptions appear: customer specific prices, products assembled from options, separate paths for wholesale and retail, orders retyped by hand into another system.

Each exception means another plugin, workaround or spreadsheet next to the shop. The shop works, but handling orders takes more and more time and every change is risky.

A custom shop is built around these rules from the start. If WooCommerce turns out to be enough, we will say so plainly, because such a shop costs less.

What we build

Shop and admin panel from scratch

Catalogue, cart, payments and customer accounts designed around your range. The admin panel shows what your team needs, without unnecessary modules.

Pricing rules and B2B sales

Prices depending on customer and quantity, discounts, credit limits and separate purchase paths for wholesale and retail.

Product configurators

Products assembled from options, with a live price and 2D or 3D visualisation. The configurator can be part of the shop or a separate sales tool.

Integrations

Warehouse, accounting, couriers, payment gateways, CRM and wholesalers. Orders go where your team works, with no retyping.

Price ranges

Net prices. Custom shop: from 10,000 PLN, the lower limit for a simple shop. Larger shops with integrations, B2B sales or a configurator usually cost several tens of thousands of PLN. The final price depends on the number of features, pricing rules, integrations and language versions. A single integration with an existing system: 3,000 to 20,000 PLN. Development after launch: from 1,500 PLN per month for a pool of hours. Work outside the agreed scope: 250 PLN net per hour. WooCommerce shop: from 8,000 PLN, described on a separate page.

How a custom shop is built

  1. 01

    Sales model

We agree the product range, pricing rules, purchase paths and the systems the shop has to connect to. We reply within 2 business days and quote the agreed scope after a call.

  2. 02

    Design

We design the shop and the admin panel for phone and desktop. Design and code are done by one team, so the design already accounts for what can be built well.

  3. 03

    Staged build

We build the shop in stages. You review each stage on a test address before we move on.

  4. 04

    Launch and development

We launch the shop, migrate the data and stay with it: maintenance, fixes and new features as part of ongoing support or separate orders.

Since 2014, over 100 clients

We have been building shops, web applications and business systems since 2014 and have worked with over 100 clients. An example of selling with custom rules: the 3D configurator for Foodbike, with net and gross prices calculated live, a leasing calculator, PDF export and company data fetched by tax ID.

Questions and answers

When a custom shop and when WooCommerce?
WooCommerce can also support B2B sales, product configurators and integrations. We consider a custom-built shop when sales processes, pricing rules or team workflows would be too complex or costly to implement and maintain on an existing platform. We compare the scope, budget and ongoing development costs before recommending a technology.
How much does a custom shop cost?
A simple custom shop costs from 10,000 PLN net, and that is the lower limit. Larger shops with integrations, B2B sales or a configurator usually cost several tens of thousands of PLN net. We prepare an exact quote after a call about your sales model.
Will you migrate data from our current shop?
Yes. We migrate products, customers and order history to the extent the current platform’s export allows. We agree the migration scope before quoting.
Can you connect the shop to our warehouse or accounting system?
Yes, if the system offers an API or data import and export. We quote each integration after reviewing its documentation.
Who maintains the shop after launch?
We can handle maintenance and development within a pool of hours from 1,500 PLN net per month. The support scope is agreed separately.
