How is a custom configurator different from a subscription one?

An off-the-shelf configurator has fixed features and a monthly fee. A custom one is built around your product: your pricing rules, option dependencies, design and integrations. You pay for the build, and further development is agreed separately when needed.

Where will the 3D models come from?

We commission them from a 3D artist we work with and manage the whole process, from your input materials to the finished model in the configurator. They are based on technical drawings, photos or engineering files. If you already have 3D models, we check whether they work in the browser and arrange for them to be simplified if needed.

Can the configurator calculate prices by our rules?

Yes. The price can depend on option combinations, dimensions, quantity, discounts and discount codes. We show it net and gross in real time and block options that exclude each other at the selection stage.

Can it connect to a shop or CRM?

Yes. The configuration can go to the shop cart, to the sales team by email or to a CRM, together with customer data and a PDF. We quote the integration scope after analysis.

How much does a configurator cost?

A form-based configurator costs from 8,000 PLN net, with 2D visualisation from 15,000 PLN net and with a 3D model from 30,000 PLN net. The price grows with the number of options and rules, models, language versions and integrations. We prepare an exact quote after a call about the product.

Form-based configurator

Steps with options, availability rules and a live price. Enough when the customer knows the product and seeing each variant is not critical. From 8,000 PLN net.

2D visualisation

The product image changes with each choice: colour, material, equipment. We prepare the variant graphics or use your photos. From 15,000 PLN net.

3D model in the browser

The product can be rotated and viewed from every side, with versions and add-ons to choose. We provide the 3D models as part of the project, based on drawings, photos or engineering files. From 30,000 PLN net.

Integrations and documents

A PDF with the configuration and price, saved configurations with a link sent by email, company data fetched by tax ID, a leasing calculator, orders passed to your shop or CRM. We agree the scope after analysis.

Price ranges

Net prices. Form-based configurator: from 8,000 PLN. 2D visualisation: from 15,000 PLN. 3D model: from 30,000 PLN. The final price depends on the number of options and rules, the number and complexity of models, language versions and integrations. Development after launch: from 1,500 PLN per month for a pool of hours. Work outside the agreed scope: 250 PLN net per hour.

A 3D configurator for GP Horse equestrian tack boxes. Customers choose the model, box and grille colours and compartment fittings, and see every change instantly on a model they can rotate in the browser.
