MVP delivery starts at 20,000 PLN net, with a typical budget of 40,000 to 80,000 PLN net. A larger CRM with integrations is approximately 30,000 to 100,000 PLN net. We start with analysis costing 3,000 to 5,000 PLN net, then quote the agreed scope. The analysis fee is credited towards delivery.

How long does it take?

The first working stage usually 2 to 5 weeks from kick off, discovery included. A full MVP, depending on scope, 2 to 6 months. We take on a limited number of projects at once so that deadlines are real.

What if requirements change along the way?

We agree the scope and price before each stage. Minor changes within that agreement are included. Additional features are quoted separately and implemented after approval in an agreed stage.

We have a system nobody develops any more. Will you take it over?

It depends on the state of the code. We start with an audit and then say plainly whether taking it over is cheaper than rewriting it. Both happen.

Do you help with grant funding?

We prepare the specification and schedule in a form you can attach to an application, and we work with funding advisers. We do not write the applications themselves.

Symptoms we know by heart

How we run it

Process analysis, 1 to 2 weeks
Discovery includes two workshops, a process map and a written scope. You receive a quote for the agreed scope and a schedule. This stage costs 3,000 to 5,000 PLN net, credited towards delivery if the project continues.

First stage, usually 1 to 3 weeks
We build a working part of the system for you to test and approve. This is usually the core: data, permissions and one complete process. We agree when it can be released for everyday use.

Following stages
Each ends with a deployment to staging and your sign off. The scope of the next stage is set by what the previous one taught us.

Launch and growth
Thirty days of support included after launch, then a monthly pool of hours for changes and new features.
